Component Repair & Tech Data Officer

Responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient turnaround of aircraft components by managing records, documentation, and the movement of unserviceable items from global remote warehouses to repair workshops.

Analyze maintenance records such as U / S labels, DFP, PFR, TSD to identify removal reasons and aircraft data, updating information in the maintenance system database.

Generate instructional documentation, including Repair Orders (RO), based on removal reasons and customer-specific requirements.

Maintain a clean and organized database of aircraft and component technical records within the maintenance information system, ensuring traceability and reporting abnormalities.

Troubleshoot and normalize abnormalities in maintenance records, ensuring database accuracy and preventing component quarantine due to improper records.

Coordinate with inventory, warehouse, and logistics teams globally to ensure the health of the component turnaround and supply chain, including managing open orders and the physical movement of components.

Manage drop-shipment of materials from customers / operators to repair networks and back, ensuring timely and quality documentation.

Maintain operational KPIs within healthy levels.

Continuously seek improvements by sharing best practices, lessons learned, streamlining processes, and enhancing productivity.

Other Requirements :

• Familiarity with Maintenance Information System software and aircraft component turnaround processes.
• Basic understanding of airline and aircraft maintenance operations.

Working Area : Sepang / Cyberjaya

Working Hours : 9 hours a day

Salary : RM2500 - RM3800
