Job description
Job responsibility : -
Prepare monthly payroll
Prepare letter of offer / employment contract, confirmation, promotion, termination and contract extension
Maintain effective filing system and upkeep of employees' personal record.
Handle & update leave / MC record in payroll system.
Yearly statutory report (Form E, EA);
Prepare company's insurance (GHS, PA, Term Life).
Assist in recruitment, interview arrangement and sourcing for candidates
Handle Foreign worker FOMEMA, working permit renewal, application, and hostel arrangement
Attend and respond to LHDN, KWSP, Socso, and JTK Department inspections on a periodic and ad hoc basis
Work closely with operation HOD on worker's related issue
Handle worker's accomodation / CLQ
Requirements :
Preferably Diploma / Degree in Accountancy / Human Resources Management, Business & Administration or other field which is relevant and equivalent.
Preferably with min 1 years' experience in payroll.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Candidates with any HR or payroll system knowledge and application will be added advantage.
Able to perform multi-tasking and meet deadlines.
