Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales Team Lead (Mandarin speaker) for an on-site role, located in Livingston, George Town. The Sales Team Lead will oversee daily team operations, develop strategies, and monitor performance to achieve targets. This role involves mentoring and motivating team members, ensuring excellent customer service, and collaborating with management to implement effective sales initiatives. The candidate will also analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities, address customer concerns, and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Qualifications

Strong Sales and Customer Service skills to deliver results and ensure an exceptional client experience

Proven Team Management and Communication skills to lead, motivate, and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders

Analytical Skills to assess data, identify patterns, and develop actionable sales strategies

Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making to address challenges and drive team success

Prior experience in a sales leadership role or related position is preferred

Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, results-driven environment
