About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented International Sales Coach to support the ongoing training and development of our international sales team. This role is instrumental in enhancing the effectiveness of a geographically distributed team of tenured sales professionals located in Malaysia. The Sales Enablement Coach will implement targeted coaching frameworks designed to improve individual performance, sustain professional growth, and align frontline execution with strategic commercial objectives.
Success in this role requires a skilled, sales-focused facilitator with a data-informed approach, strong emotional intelligence, training content management experience, and the ability to translate performance metrics into developmental actions.
The ideal candidate possesses a consultative coaching style and a deep commitment to sales excellence across diverse global markets.

This position is designated as remote , with the expectation that the employee has a reliable internet connection and a dedicated, professional home workspace.
The employee must be available to work core business hours aligned with the company’s needs and be accessible via email, messaging platforms, and virtual meeting tools throughout the workday. As this role supports global operations, the ability to flex working hours occasionally to accommodate different time zones is required .
