Job description

Job Responsibilities :

1、 Coordinate with internal team to manage assign customers to ensure total customer satisfaction

2、 Work proactively to exceed customer expectations in conjunction with company business growth

3、 Manage assign customer in terms of business and commercial perspective

4、 Monitor day to day business operation to meet target budgeted

5、 Create relevant management reporting with high data accuracy on a weekly basis and communicate in a timely manner.

6、 Monitor and control assign customer account materials E&O

7、 Assist the team with business and execution strategies for product introduction

8、 Provide RFQ to existing and New customer

9、Claim NRE and Extra Cost needed from Projects with Customers correctly.

10、Manage all customer communications, upward and downward through the organization; escalate key issues and present options for resolution to the management.

Job Requirement :

  • 5 years experiences in EMS with business development or PM background;
  • English & Mandarin proficiency
  • Pleasant personality, team player Self-motivated & result oriented;
  • Good in communication skills and interaction with people;
  • Willing to work independently and travel upon request
  • Capable to make decision by own experience.
  • Able to lead the team to work with better environment.
