What We’re Looking For :

  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is a preferred
  • Candidate possesses at least a SPM or above

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Identify and expand into new markets.
  • Handle inquiries, quotations, tenders, and sales documentation.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Coordinate orders, deliveries, and payment collections.
  • Attend trade shows, client meetings, and industry events.
  • Provide regular sales updates and reports to management.
  • Build and maintain good relationship with existing and potential customers.
  • Responsible to implement sales strategies to achieve sales target set by the management.
  • Retain and expand sales to existing customer and develop new market.
  • Identify potential markets that could boost sales and revenues.
  • Closes new business deal by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirement with business operations.
  • Responsible for day-to-day sales administrative documentation and activities including order receiving, order inquiry, invoices submission, etc.
  • Attend to customers and ascertains each customer’s needs.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternative within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • To provide quotation and / or submit tender in a timely manner.
  • Coordination on sales forecast pick up, compilation and distribution.
  • Attend to customers for all sales related matter (regular visit, prepare quotation, sales processing, arrange sample / delivery, payment collection, follow up pending issue etc).
  • Provide regular feedback to senior management on business strategies and plan.
  • Preparing various presentations and should regularly attend client meetings, trade shows, conferences, etc.
  • Proper recording and monthly reporting and other related ad hoc report.
  • Responsible for any assigned sales administrative job.
  • Practice and maintain professional etiquette when dealing with clients.
  • Work in close coordination with other departments in the company.
  • Other duties and assignments as requested for the overall performance of the company.
