Greeting customers warmly and assisting them at the counter and dining area. Taking orders accurately, handling payment transactions, and serving food and beverages promptly. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service counters, and utensils. Handling customer feedback professionally and ensuring a positive dining experience. Supporting daily restaurant operations including promotional activities, restocking supplies, and coordinating with kitchen staff. Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times. Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years working experience in a customer service or food & beverage role. Possess at least SPM or equivalent qualification. Friendly, outgoing personality with good communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Willingness to work in shifts and weekends / public holidays if required. Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Application questions
