The Job

• Conduct in-depth data analysis, data modeling and use of statistical methods to effectively support the development and refinement of strategic initiatives
• Communicate business intelligence insights and recommendations to the product owners and other stakeholders
• Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze performance of the company\'s products
• Monitor, analyze, and report performance to the senior management team
• Collaborate with various teams such as IT, Online Marketing, and Sales to support analytical needs, and define analytics opportunities for company products
• Automate reporting processes as needed by team and company
• Work with the data engineering team to ensure data quality and correct discrepancies
• Support the finance team in data reporting needs and financial initiatives
