Key Responsibilities
- Provide project implementation support, mixed with first and second-level support for SAP FSM, S / 4H service (CS) applications and Proaxia FSM Cloud connector including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Collaborate with key-users to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
- Assist in the configuration and customization of SAP FSM, PM and Proaxia Connector to meet business requirements.
- Document activities, including issue resolution and system changes.
- Work closely with the IT team and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of SAP FSM and S / 4H Service with other business systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in application support, with a focus on SAP Field Service Management integrated with CS / PM and / or S / 4HANA Service, either at the end of a project or after handover from a project team (not only handling incidents but also providing advice on queries from customers).Minimum of 3 years of experience in Proaxia FSM Cloud Connector.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Stakeholder Management : maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.Knowledgeable in iTSM tool (ServiceNow or similar) for ticket management.Preferred Skills
SAP certification in FSM and PM modules.Experience in S / 4 HANA Service.Experience in SAP Customer Service.Knowledge of SAP integration tools (OData services, SAP CPI).Seniority level
