we are looking for a passionate Your Responsibilities

In charge of Desmear, Electroless Planning, Post Plating Annea processes in the Copper Plating engineering department Work for project management, tools installation and qualification to meet the milestone set Coordinate the Plating process activities with other departments related to machine or material suppliers Develop qualification plans, design of experiment (DOE), Design Process and Device / product FMEA and evaluation / qualification procedures Ensure proper pass down information in accordance to the company standards and templates Responsible on improving and maintaining the yield in accordance to the plant yield roadmap, able to sustain target yield and output capacity thorough comprehensive continuous improvement and projects Focus on executing of process root cause and recovery during releasing of machine, validate the completion of supplier modification / engineering fixing and overview the process to be more healthiness Involve in Training Execution to bring up whole Production Team with adequate process controls and recovery plans Your Profile

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Material Science fields or equivalent Minimum 2 years experience in Semiconductor or PCB or Substrate Fabrications, Wafer Fabrication, Assembly and Test Engineering, Maintenance or Production Operations or equivalent, (required to work in clean room enviroment) Knowledge of quality tools : 8D, SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA, CP, JMP Software, Six Sigma Process tools Strong problem solving skills, good analytical skills Able to work independently, minimum supervision, dedicated, results oriented, hardworking and able to work under pressure Good interpersonal and communication skills, becoming role models as pioneer start up team Able to lead teams of Engineers, Technicians to meet strict installation and qualification milestone Our Offer
