Functional (job responsibilities)
- Brand guardian to enforce style guides, brand guidelines to build consistent brand imagery across all brand properties and assets, and provide guidance and advisory to the Group, including regional markets.
- Manage creative process including conceptualization, visuals, copywriting and production to ensure impactful campaign execution
- Creating and managing brand, corporate and promotional materials, collaterals and brand assets to support brand and other business units
- Manage execution of bankwide, PFS (including CASA, FD, Auto Loan, Mortgage, emerce, Digital Marketing) & HLISB campaigns to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Manage execution of corporate brand initiatives, including support of internal bank divisions eg. HR, Group Sustainability, Customer Experience
- Support in coordination and execution of key brand campaigns to drive brand health and visibility
Managerial (team / group responsibilities)
Manage advertising agencies, production houses and vendors to execute advertising campaigns and materials in required timelinesManage internal stakeholders across the bank to ensure accuracy of brief, alignment of initiatives with strategic and business objectives.Organizational (organizational responsibilities)
Maintain & update centralized brand guideline as reference and advisory to organisation and GroupManage and track brand project budget and expenses.Education / Qualification
Degree in Advertising, Massmunications or equivalent.Experience
Account Servicing or Strategic Planning in an advertising agency; or Marketing / Brand in a corporate organisation.Track record in A&P, advertising and media management.Special Skills
