About the role

Tastiway Sdn Bhd is seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Perak / Penang. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of high-quality food products to both existing and potential customers across the region. This is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for career development and growth within our rapidly expanding organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Identifying and prospecting new sales leads through networking, cold-calling, and other prospecting activities
  • Scheduling and conducting sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products
  • Negotiating and closing sales deals with customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and foster loyalty
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the food and beverage industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and negotiate deals
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with sales and CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • A positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
