Senior Interior Designer – Workplace Interiors

Role Overview

As a Senior Interior Designer , you will lead and support all phases of the workplace design process, from concept through completion, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders including designers, project managers, cost planners, and engineers, as well as external consultants, contractors, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Guide and influence design direction through strong storytelling and conceptual thinking.
• Champion the project from schematic design to successful delivery on site.
• Be a client-facing representative of M Moser Associates, establishing trust and credibility throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to multidisciplinary collaboration to ensure cohesive and innovative project outcomes.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented studio environment.
