Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you’ll create meaningful customer connections through product knowledge, great service, and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional service and product knowledge
Share Timberland’s sustainability story and brand values
Support sales, merchandising, restocking, and POS
Contribute to daily store operations and targets

What You Bring

1–3 years of experience in retail or customer service

Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused attitude

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Availability for retail shifts, weekends, and holidays
