Safety Supervisor

About the role

Maximus Profectus Energy Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Safety Supervisor to join our team in Kerteh, Terengganu. This is a contract role, and you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety and environmental compliance of our construction operations. As a key member of our on-site team, you will play a vital role in protecting our workers and the local community.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards
• Providing safety training and guidance to all site personnel
• Investigating and reporting on any incidents or accidents, and implementing corrective actions
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
• Collaborating with the project team to integrate safety considerations into all aspects of the construction process
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to safety activities
• Promoting a strong culture of safety awareness and accountability across the site
