We’re a fast-growing beauty & wellness brand passionate about creating products that help people slow down, love themselves, and feel their best. We’re looking for a Marketer / Media Buyer to join our team and help us scale our impact across Malaysia, Singapore, and beyond.
Role Overview
As our Marketer / Media Buyer, you will plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook / Instagram), and other platforms to drive sales, leads, and brand awareness. This role requires both analytical and creative thinking — you’ll work closely with the creative team to test new ad concepts, analyze performance data, and iterate quickly to achieve the lowest cost per result possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google (if applicable).
- Monitor daily budgets and performance metrics to maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with the creative team to test hooks, ad copies, and formats.
- Conduct A / B tests and analyze results to inform future campaigns.
- Build custom and lookalike audiences for prospecting and retargeting.
- Report on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with platform updates, trends, and best practices.
Requirements
1–3 years experience managing paid media campaigns (Meta Ads experience required).Strong analytical skills — comfortable with data, reporting, and optimization.Good understanding of AIDA principles and ad creative testing.Familiarity with e-commerce metrics (ROAS, conversion rate, CPA).Creative problem-solver with a growth mindset.Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Nice-to-Haves
Experience with TikTok Ads and Google Ads.Experience working with Shopify, ManyChat, or other e-commerce tools.Interest in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industries.Seniority level
