The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

About the Team :

We are searching for a dynamic and accomplished professional to become an integral part of our Projects team, dedicated to bolstering the operational excellence of our platform business. Focusing on Customer Service, Returns, Refunds, and Seller Operations, you will spearhead cross-functional strategic business endeavours, overseeing every facet of project planning and execution, all while guaranteeing exceptional results for our customers, external partners and internal teams.

Job Description :

  • Strategy & Operations : Formulate and craft strategic business initiatives that harmonise user experience with cost-effectiveness.
  • Project Management : Methodically plan, execute, and monitor project milestones across all workstreams, ensuring the realisation of targeted business outcomes.
  • Benefits Realisation : Define project metrics and timelines, adeptly conveying them to ground operations for precise tracking and assessment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Serve as the pivotal liaison for all project-related communications, adeptly managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university is required.
  • Management consulting and / or project management in eCommerce is preferred
  • PMP / Agile / Scrum Master certification is preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid data analysis skills and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Ability to work independently in a complex and diverse environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
