We’re looking for a driven and highly organized individual to provide exceptional service to our clients.  -Understand the client's business needs and requirements. -Debrief the design and tech team on the client's requirements. -Ensure that project delivery meets the client's brief. -Handle all client communications and queries in a timely and responsive manner -Provide onsite management for solution delivery on the event day. -Manage projects according to the timeline while maintaining high standards. -Handle tasks delegated by the manager and senior management. • Able to speak fluent English and Chinese  -Possess project management experience - bonus points if in web design and development -Strong communication skills and able to convey ideas well -Ability to interpret client’s briefs and provide satisfactory updates -Strong organizational skills and attention to detail  -Good at managing timelines for multiple projects -Willingness to work hard, be patient and tactful -Proficient in Google Workspace tools  -Possess own transport
