Job description

Overview

We are a general building contractor, expert in factory, bungalow and refurbishment projects in Klang Valley. Due to business expansion, we are seeking a qualified and dedicated individual to join us as Site Supervisor, with prospects to promote to Head of Site for suitable candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Follow tasks (effectively) given and manage site logistics (resources) and work activities (efficiency) at site.
  • Hands-on monitoring and supervision of the entire construction works at site and updating work activities.
  • Coordinate and liaise with sub‑contractors, suppliers and workers.

Requirements

  • Possess Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or Construction Management.
  • Min 2 years of working experience in construction.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training will be provided).
  • Able to work independently with good working attitude.
  • Willing to learn, contribute or work for long hours prior to project deliverables.
  • Must have good interpersonal skills.
  • Target-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet targets.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • This position is only applicable for Malaysian.
  • Medical claim included.
  • Annual & medical leave (unclaimed leave will be paid back to staff at the mid-year).
  • Personal Insurance (for site staff who work longer than one year with the company).
