Inside Sales Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Puchong. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining effective communication with clients. The role includes managing the sales pipeline, creating and delivering sales presentations, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
