Account Manager and Salesperson at INVOKE

Hiring on behalf of our client

Location : Selangor

Responsibilities

  • Acquire and develop new business opportunities through inbound / outbound calls and lead follow-up.
  • Support and maintain customer accounts, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documents for customer discussions.
  • Handle inbound inquiries (phone, email, WhatsApp) and provide timely responses.
  • Update CRM systems (Hubspot / Chatshero) with accurate customer and sales data.
  • Manage order processing, data entry, and support field sales with admin tasks.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall sales planning and forecasting.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years’ experience in sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Willing to travel.
