Design, develop, and test electrical systems for electric buses, including battery systems, motor controllers, and wiring harnesses. Perform system integration for electrical and electronic components, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in prototype and production vehicles. Support the installation and commissioning of vehicle systems and charging infrastructure. Collaborate with mechanical, software, and manufacturing teams to optimize system performance. Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols related to high-voltage systems. Prepare technical documentation, reports, and support material for internal and external stakeholders. Assist in supplier evaluation and component validation processes. Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or a related field. Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written) is required for business communication. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in electrical design, preferably in automotive, EV, or transportation industries. Hands-on experience with high-voltage systems, power electronics, or vehicle wiring Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Knowledge of automotive standards and compliance is an added advantage.
