In this role, you’ll take the lead in designing and delivering scalable, high-impact tools that enhance Developer and QA productivity across multiple major titles.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain tools and systems that improve Developer and QA team efficiency.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and team leads to clarify requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Present prototypes and in‑progress tools to stakeholders, iterating based on feedback.
- Ensure tools support accurate reporting on availability, utilisation, and QA metrics.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices across development workflows.
- Work closely with QA teams to identify process bottlenecks and propose technical improvements.
- Act as a point of contact for toolset status and support across multiple projects and locations.
Requirements
5–8 years of professional experience in software engineering using C# or Java .Solid experience with SQL or other relational databases (querying, reporting, and maintenance).Proficiency in front‑end and back‑end web development .Strong understanding of computers, Windows OS, and networked environments .Analytical thinker with initiative and a proactive problem‑solving approach.Capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities.Experience working within Agile or Scrum development frameworks.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering , or equivalent professional experience.Passion for game development and improving player and developer experiences.Seniority level
