In this role, you’ll take the lead in designing and delivering scalable, high-impact tools that enhance Developer and QA productivity across multiple major titles.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain tools and systems that improve Developer and QA team efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and team leads to clarify requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Present prototypes and in‑progress tools to stakeholders, iterating based on feedback.
• Ensure tools support accurate reporting on availability, utilisation, and QA metrics.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices across development workflows.
• Work closely with QA teams to identify process bottlenecks and propose technical improvements.
• Act as a point of contact for toolset status and support across multiple projects and locations.
