Requirements

3-month contract position , with the possibility of extension based on performance

  • Preferably holds an educational background in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in logistics or operations is an advantage, but not a requirement.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily logistics tasks and help with admin work.
  • Support monthly test buys on other platforms to check logistics performance.
  • Process daily Change Requests and make sure seller documents are complete.
  • Review and clear appeal cases (e.g., pickup options, order cancellations).
  • Keep the Knowledge Center updated with the latest logistics information for the team.
