HR System, Data and Reporting Coordinator – 1 year Contract

Our global business, K3 Capital Group,is looking to hire a new role in the Group wide People HR team.

Are you ready to demonstrate your HR data skills on a global stage? We're looking for a curious, detail-driven HR, Data & Reporting Co-ordinator to join our UK-based People HR team working from our Malaysia Tech Hub in the centre of Kuala Lumpur.

This role is perfect for someone with a solid HR system, process and data foundation who's eager to dive into international projects, drive system improvements, shape the insights that help us hire, retain, and develop world-class talent across 19 brands and deliver an exceptional HR admin support service.

Data & Payroll Management

  • Keep HR and payroll data clean and always up to date.
  • Prepare accurate reports, reconciliations, and compliance checks.
  • Support the team with weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc payroll reporting.

HR Systems Support

  • Be a key player in enhancing and optimising our global HR system.
  • Collaborate with system vendors, our Tech Hub, and UK stakeholders.
  • Test new features and continuously improve how the system works for our teams.
  • Reporting & Insight Delivery

  • Build and maintain dashboards that track KPIs like time-to-hire, attrition, pay, and more.
  • Deliver clear, actionable reports for stakeholders across time zones.
  • Help run and analyse employee surveys (e.g. NPS, onboarding, exit).
  • Turn Data into Strategy

  • Spot and predict attrition trends.
  • Map succession plans and critical role risks.
  • Analyse leadership pipeline health.
  • Model the cost of turnover and future workforce scenarios.
  • Highlight skills gaps and suggest development strategies.
  • Process, Audit & Compliance

  • Support audits with clean and accurate HR / payroll data.
  • Recommend smarter, faster processes.
  • Help us stay compliant with data protection and employment standards.
  • What You’ll Bring

    Must-Have :

  • 2+ years of experience in a HR admin role working for a UK based company with HR data and system experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel and tools like Power BI.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Great communication skills – you're comfortable working across borders and time zones.
