Overview

Fabrication & Assembly Technician (Job ID : 13232)

Company overview : Aviation MRO

Working Hours : Monday to Friday (8AM to 5.30PM)

Working Location : Nearby to Subang Airport

Working Duration : 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (Possible to renew based on performance)

Remuneration : Basic up to RM2,000 to RM3,000 with statutory contribution + quarterly incentives + insurance & leave entitlement

Interview : Face-to-Face

Job Description : Responsibilities

Fit and Assemble purpose built frameworks from Creform / steel materials using hand tools and welding equipment.
Able to create Material list for the given improvement requirements.
Able to read and understand the drawings to fit and assemble.
Exposure to work in iterative try storming model to sustain the improvement.
Work closely with Lean, Materials and Production team
Receives feedback and iterate the design to achieve improvements.
Assisting all teams as needed to ensure improvements are made and sustained
May perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

Minimum SKM3 / Certificate in any Engineering or equivalent

Basic understanding of Lean principles and shop floor kaizens.

Minimum 1 year working exposure in MRO setup as fitter / Technician

Demonstrated ability to think creatively.

Able to work under minimum supervision

Ability and willingness to work off / varied shift / weekends, as required.

Basic knowledge in Microsoft word & excel applications.
