Job description
  • SPM / Certificate
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in building operations and maintenance / facilities management
  • Experience in Mechanical & Electrical system and other building services.
  • Maintain tool and equipment in good condition
  • Perform preventive maintenance repair, attend breakdowns.
  • Troubleshoot and rectify mechanical electrical system
  • Maintain plumbing systems, pumps system or operations.
  • Follow safety rules and procedure in job site
  • Must be able to work under minimum supervision and fast learner.
  • Possess own transport and a valid driving license.
  • Standby for on-calls and emergencies

    • Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

    Pay : RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
