System Reliability Engineer

Job descriptionA background in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Experience with cloud platforms, automation tools, and monitoring systems. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges. An understanding of DevOps principles and system architecture. Familiarity with security protocols and best practices in system reliability. An eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools. Competitive salary ranging from MYR 54000 to MYR annually. Attractive bonus structure for excellent performance. Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring uptime and reliability across all infrastructure.
- Develop and implement automation tools to improve system efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and improve system resilience.
- Optimize existing systems for better scalability, performance, and security.
- Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and implement long-term solutions.
- Participate in the design and deployment of new infrastructure and tools.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for system reliability.
