Accountant Specialist – Hub Process Owner (HPO)

Responsibilities

• Compliance of Financial Reporting Guidelines, Implementation Guidelines, Chart of Accounts, accounting instructions, closing guidelines and all.
• First contact point on process, information, requirements and analysis of HPO topics.
• Establish process documentation HPO topics, provide updates / changes and timely communication to users.
• Analysis and enrichment of change request HPO topics.
• Conduct accounting training courses and refresher courses to ensure quality knowledge in organization.
• Address accounting and audit queries, preparation of audit schedules and information on employee related GL accounts.
• Content review and analysis of employee related GL accounts, and timely alignment with stakeholders.
• Proactive to ensure process optimization, operations service quality, timeliness and effectiveness.
• Support digitalization initiatives and improvements in accounting processes and procedures and implement global initiatives.
• Execute internal controls in operations and support the implementation of measures to remediate deficiencies.
• Contribute to teams collaboration and communication, high performance culture.
