Job Description
As Technical / Operation Support , you will be responsible for the day-to-day project execution from various clients. You will be reporting to the Operations Manager. Your duties and responsibilities will be as follows :
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the installation, configuration, upgrade, operation & maintenance
- To ensure all related operations activities are performed in compliance with company standards, processes, regulations and procedures
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Identify and escalate issues to Supervisors
- Any other duties as and when deemed necessary.
- Able to explain the cause of certain problem arises and able to explain the reason of the solution applied either permanently or temporarily.
- Working closely with either internal technical / software team or external clients / user for tackling of support task reported in order to get the problem solved.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least SPM with 1 year working experience or Diploma or Degree.FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia and English.Willing to learn and work on shift, weekends & public holidays.Customer-oriented personMust possess your own transportation (prefer Bike)
