Job Description :
Client : A subsidiary of a leading oil and gas exploration and production company.
Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Type of hiring : Contract
Responsibilities :
- Preparation of budgets and forecasts, as well as all related functions : Coordination of Annual Budgets for Corporate / Petronas and Outlooks.Coordination of Production Profiles.Estimated monthly Opex / Capex.
- As the point of contact for Production Operations in engaging with Finance : Monthly Cash Calls.Monthly Accruals and Opex / Capex Estimates.
- Cost Control and related functions : Develop, implement, and monitor systems for efficient and accurate cost control, including but not limited to budget deviations, AFEs, and ACVs.Additional Budget Requests (ABRs) to the relevant authorities if needed (to coordinate with Budget Section).Cost-control reports
- Collaborating with Finance to monitor inventory and spares movements and management.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for meetings (official / internal) whenever inputs are required.
- Preparation and distribution of necessary reports.
- Ensure that all activities are in accordance with all COMPANY, stakeholders, and government requirements and regulations.
