System Developer

Overall Purpose of the Job

Programmer
User Support related to Digitalization Project
Technical Documentation
Business Analyst

Principle Duties

Develop software solutions by studying requirements analysis and information needs; conferring with stakeholders and IT Management; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; performing software design using software development fundamentals and processes, debug, test, and deploy software solutions.

Participate in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software.

Work with project stakeholders daily. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.

Build proof of concept examples or graphical simulation software. Then maintain product test software and demos for training purposes.

Protect operations by keeping information confidential.

Actively participate in product design reviews by providing creative and practical ideas and solutions in a teamwork environment. A wide degree of creativity and latitude required.

Collect and interpret data.

Analyze results.

Report the results back to the relevant members of the business.

Work alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business needs.

Work with business users to understand their needs and requirements, and develop custom solutions to meet those needs using SharePoint and related technologies.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure the smooth integration of SharePoint solutions with other systems, and provide support and maintenance for existing SharePoint‑based solutions.

Adhere to the Code of Business Conduct and Deleum ABMS requirement.

Knowledge / Experience Required for the Job

Experience as a Software Developer in the analysis, design, hands‑on development and delivery of web‑based applications.

Experience using jQuery, Client Object Model, and Service Oriented Architecture.

Ability to write Stored Procedures, write complex SQL queries, and analyze the SQL data is desired.

Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Analysis Services, and / or SQL Server Integration Services a plus.

Attention to detail and commitment to high quality / error free deliverables.

Must be motivated, independent, and self‑sufficient. Able to receive an assigned task and see it through to completion with minimal supervision.

Academic / Professional Qualification

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems; or related discipline is desired.
