Job description

Position Title : Business / Finance Analyst (M&A)

Key Job Responsibilities :

  • Conduct in-depth research on market trends, the competitive landscape, and customer insights, and prepare reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Develop and analyze financial models for business opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures (JVs), and organic growth, and assist in preparing business cases aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Support due diligence and M&A transactions by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management while maintaining records of strategic initiatives and market data.
  • Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).

Job Requirements :

  • CPA qualification or a degree in finance with at least three years of relevant experience in a consulting or advisory firm.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent research capabilities.
  • Strong presentation and report-writing skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel for financial analysis

    • Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

    Pay : Up to RM7,000.00 per month
