Assistant Finance Manager

Business minded with strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities

Strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with financial reporting, and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision

Willing to travel to overseas and outstation

RESPONSIBILITES

• Conducting monthly stock-take to determine and analyzing the variance in monthly inventory report
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment to ensure smooth operations
• Review, analyse actual costing for each individual product to support accurate pricing and profitability
• Liaise with auditor, tax agents, bankers, lawyers, company secretary, custom and other relevant professional parties
• Work closely with the finance team to generate accurate and timely financial reports and costing analysis for management review
• Review and support for overseas company account
• Support and undertake other ad-hoc corporate assignments as required by management from time to timeli>
• Apply and renew for related statutory licensing and permit as required
• In-charge of the implementation of the new ERP system
• In-charge of implementing and ensuring compliance with e-Invoicing and SST requirements in accordance with LHDN and Customs regulations

EDUCATION

Degree in Finance / Accountancy or other field relevant to our industry.

SKILL

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 2 years working experience in audit field and 3 years working experience in commercial field is required.
