Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Assist with HR functions in the company and provide guidance and advice to the management of the best HR practices.
Upkeep of the company’s job description, orientation programs, training programs, employment contracts, etc., and keep employees updated on the necessary information.
Assist manager with the recruitment process.
Develop adequate induction and training programs for the employee.
Nurture a positive working and progressive result-oriented working environment.
Liaise with government agencies and statutory bodies in the foreign worker recruitment process and manage foreign workers’ welfare.
Deal with and be responsible for employees’ disciplinary issues, industrial relations, domestic inquiries and periodic appraisal.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Uphold information which is confidential.
Manage the company’s team-building events and activities.
Ensure payroll is done accurately and timely.
To perform duties in complying with the Company’s Policy and Procedure, and Rules and Regulations governed by the laws of Malaysia.
To perform other tasks and works as and when required.
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
