Job description

Responsibilities :

Civil & Structural Maintenance

  • Inspect, monitor, and maintain building / warehouse structures, roofing, flooring, walls, drainage systems, and road works.
  • Identify structural defects and recommend suitable corrective or preventive actions.
  • Carry out routine and preventive maintenance programs to ensure long-term sustainability of facilities.
  • Coordinate and supervise contractors on civil & structural repair, renovation, and maintenance works.
  • Monitor project progress, quality, and cost control to meet timelines and budgets.

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure all works comply with statutory regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
  • Support audits, inspections, and risk assessments related to civil & structural works.
  • Maintain proper documentation for inspections, maintenance, and repair records.

    • Cost & Resource Management

  • Assist in budgeting, cost estimation, and procurement for civil & structural works.
  • Propose cost-saving measures and sustainable solutions for building maintenance.

    • Reporting & Teamwork

  • Prepare reports on maintenance schedules, inspections, and project updates for management review.
  • Work closely with the Maintenance and Engineering team to support operational needs.
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to internal teams when required.

    • Requirements :

  • Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in civil & structural maintenance, facilities management, or construction.
  • Good knowledge of building materials, warehouses, structural integrity, and maintenance practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret civil / structural drawings and specifications.
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work under pressure, irregular hours, or attend to urgent repair works when required.
  • Valid driver's license B2 & D.

    • Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

    Pay : RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
