Overview

As an IT Executive, you will be responsible for managing the operation and maintenance of hardware and software systems, POS management, CCTV management, and providing technical support to employees. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, ideally within the retail / e-commerce / food and beverages industry.

Responsibilities

Operation & Maintenance :

  • Coordinate hardware delivery and installation arrangements for new stores.
  • Configure software and create user accounts according to requirements.
  • Prepare and submit necessary documents and information for integration of new systems.
  • Manage and coordinate hardware delivery for system integration.
  • Organize internet installation for new stores and act as a liaison with vendors to address connectivity issues.

POS Management :

  • Maintain and update product information on the POS system.
  • Set up and manage promotions within the POS system.
  • Register accounts for new stores with payment gateways and coordinate hardware delivery for payment processing.
  • Monitor and address payment issues and ensure the latest menu is displayed at all stores.
  • Register new stores with CCTV systems and troubleshoot any issues as they arise.

    • Corporate Office Support :

  • Set up email accounts for employees as needed and provide technical support for computers and related hardware.
  • Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting network infrastructure to ensure smooth operations.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • Approximately 5 years of working experience in IT support, preferably within the retail / e-commerce / food and beverages industry.
  • Strong technical skills, including hardware and software configuration, network troubleshooting, and system integration.
  • Experience with POS systems, CCTV systems, and payment gateways.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to travel to new store locations for hardware installation and system integration as needed.
