Role Description

As the Head of Operations , you will oversee and optimize company operations across Capstar’s group structure. You will lead the execution of strategic plans, streamline processes, and ensure efficient coordination between departments — supporting our growth in wealth management, trust, and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across multiple business units under Capstar Group.
Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and compliance workflows.
Coordinate with management, finance, and IT teams to improve internal efficiency.
Monitor performance indicators and implement continuous process improvement.
Manage key operational projects and ensure timely execution.
Lead, train, and supervise the operations and administrative team.
Provide leadership support to the Board and CEO for group-wide initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related discipline .

Minimum 3–5 years of managerial experience in operations or corporate management.

Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Experience in financial services, insurance, or trust industry is highly preferred.

Proven ability to lead teams and implement structured operational systems.
