Job description

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma certification qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in the related field is preferred.
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
  • Excellent administrative and communication skills & high standard of customer service.
  • Familiar with SQL Accounting Software & Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Handle sales order processing accurately and timely, ensuring customer delivery requirements are met.
  • Follow up on delivery progress, coordinating with the Logistics Department to address any issues and inform clients of delays.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, providing after-sales support when needed.
  • Manage schedules, maintain sales documents, and ensure promotional materials are up to date.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events and handle various sales administrative tasks as assigned.
