We are seeking a Marketing and User Development Associate to join our Hong Kong based client. This is a unique opportunity to play a foundational role in shaping the culture of F&B mobile application start-up.
Key Responsibilities :
Marketing & Brand Development
- Build and manage social media channels to strengthen brand presence and user engagement
- Cultivate partnerships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), venues, and industry stakeholders to boost visibility and outreach.
Product & User Experience
Partner with Product Manager and development team to shape a product that resonates with users.Gather and interpret user feedback to recommend product improvements and prioritize new features.User Growth & Community Building
Develop and execute user acquisition strategies to grow a vibrant, engaged community.Launch value-added initiatives to foster user loyalty and advocacy.Contribute to regional expansion efforts, including Hong Kong, the Greater Bay Area, South Korea, Taiwan, and Japan.Operations & Cross-Functional Support
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks and projectsIdentify operational bottlenecks and propose effective solutions.Projects
Support branding initiatives including naming, logo ideation and Ai- assisted projects.Conduct market research and assist with focus group planning and execution.Requirements :
1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing, product development or user engagement preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.Comfortable working in a fast-moving start-up environment and handling a wide range of tasks.Fluent in English and Putonghua; proficiency in Cantonese and / or other Asian languages is a plus.Benefits :
