Overview
Lead the maintenance organization to improve equipment performance, reliability and process capability, aligning with department goals and business targets.
Responsibilities
- Drive OEE, Yield, Cost, Quality and Capacity improvement projects.
- Define Section / department goal setting, and formulate maintenance strategy for business success.
- Drive a culture based on maintenance routines and engineering solutions using training, systematic troubleshooting and root cause corrective actions.
- Develop concept & drive ratio projects and standardize proven concept / practice on equipment.
- Coach team on investigate and implement countermeasures to prevent repetitive breakdowns.
- Build an effective team and establish a team culture to deliver a high level of service and support to our internal and external customers. Assure program goal alignment and ensuring that all program elements are well integrated.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.8 years of experience and possess a broad background in mechanical engineering / manufacturing with a wide range of knowledge on manufacturing and production processes.Familiar with the latest equipment / technology in the industry and able to upgrade / improve existing equipment to suit the business needs.Systematic Problem Solving methodology e.g. 8D, DMAIC, Process Mapping, FTA, Fish Bone.Good knowledge & familiar with existing equipment features, new packages and ramp up.Be personally energetic, dynamic, proactive, committed, positive, enthusiastic and possess the ability to think laterally and act through reasoned decision making.We are an equal opportunity employer and embrace diversity and inclusion.
