Job descriptionAssist in preparing ingredients, garnishes, and mise en place according to recipes and standards. Support chefs in cooking and plating dishes during service. Ensure all kitchen tools, equipment, and work areas are kept clean, sanitized, and organized. Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Receive and store deliveries properly to maintain freshness and quality. Learn and apply culinary techniques under the guidance of senior chefs. Work as part of a team to ensure timely and high-quality food service.
