Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in a General Manager or equivalent senior leadership role
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and industry standards

Responsibilities

Developing strategic operational plans that align with the company’s mission and objectives.

Improving internal processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Monitoring financial performance to ensure the business remains profitable.

Leading, training, and developing a team to enhance performance and meet operational standards.

Establishing strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to drive business growth.

Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and ISO standards.

Managing resources effectively to maximize output and minimize waste.
