Job description

Title : Deal-Closing Sales Executive (Female candidates encouraged)

Location : Johor

Mission : Drive quotations, clarifications and PO sign-off with client Procurement / PM, and ensure timely collections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline follow-up : schedule meetings, qualify needs, prepare initial quotes / comparisons;
  • Commercial communication : clarify terms (price, lead time, payment, warranty) and track minutes / action items to signature;
  • Closing & Handover : coordinate with technical / delivery for PO → delivery → collection;
  • Account care : maintain key contacts, update CRM and review milestones.

(Basis : B2B deal process)

Requirements (compliant wording)

  • Professional presence, outgoing, strong rapport-building;
  • Basic business communication : email, quotations, minutes, calls;
  • Proficient with Office + WhatsApp / LinkedIn;
  • Results-driven, strong execution, willing to travel; female candidates are welcome.
  • (Basis : closing-oriented competencies)

    Nice-to-have : Mandarin / English or Malay; DC / engineering / building materials exposure; CRM literacy.

    KPIs : Quote-to-win rate, avg. sales cycle, collection rate, weekly meetings.

    Compensation : Base + commission + bonus + travel allowance.
