Responsibilities

• Strong technical knowledge of packing, serialization and vision systems, including Rockwell, Siemens, and Cognex technologies.
• Execute preventive maintenance of field instruments and control systems and their accessories as per schedule.
• Support validation activities that include FAT / SAT / DQ / IQ / OQ and PQ; prepare and review Planner, SOP, Checklists and other related documents of QMS.
• Perform Computer System Validation and support related activities in accordance with regulatory compliance.
• Maintain alarms and events records and report abnormalities to respective plant heads.
• Assist mechanical team in troubleshooting instruments connected to control systems.
• Take plant backups at regular intervals as per SOP and restore when necessary.
• Implement plant security to prevent unauthorized access; create login-based security (e.g., Operator, Supervisor, Shift In Charge) as part of regulatory compliance.
• Communicate relevant EHS issues to concerned personnel; identify hazardous conditions and investigate incidents, proposing corrective and preventive measures.
• Perform other or ad-hoc duties as assigned by Engineer / Manager.
• Able to work on weekends and on rotating shifts.
