Job descriptionFull accounting functions in AR & various reconciliations Ensure that timeliness, quality and deadlines are met Responsible for other general accounting functions and administrative tasks Manage data entry & updating accounting records Maintain proper filing of accounts documents for record keeping Ad-hoc reporting as assigned Liaise with customers on all the disputes and outstanding invoices. Check staff claims to ensure all claims are in compliance with company's policies. Monitor delivery schedule, including contingency plan in scheduling Follow-up status for long-overdue debts to ensure all debts are being highlighted to the business team and vital action taken for recovery
