What you'll be doing on the job
Full accounting functions in AR & various reconciliationsEnsure that timeliness, quality and deadlines are metResponsible for other general accounting functions and administrative tasksManage data entry & updating accounting recordsMaintain proper filing of accounts documents for record keepingAd-hoc reporting as assignedLiaise with customers on all the disputes and outstanding invoices.Check staff claims to ensure all claims are in compliance with company's policies.Monitor delivery schedule, including contingency plan in schedulingFollow-up status for long-overdue debts to ensure all debts are being highlighted to the business team and vital action taken for recovery
