We’re looking for a Customer Success Intern to join our team at Swipey! In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our product and B2B customers — ensuring a smooth onboarding experience while also supporting their long-term success. You'll engage with customers across multiple channels, maintain organized customer data, and help execute campaigns that drive satisfaction and retention. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced fintech startup and build a strong foundation in customer experience, data, and communication. This is a hybrid role based in Kuala Lumpur, with some work from home flexibility.
