Job description

Responsibilities

Must know how to measure parts using tools, testers or equipment provided.
Responsible to perform daily quality inspections according to established procedures / OI.
Responsible to control the quality of all incoming, in-process and outgoing products.
To alert machinists, technicians, supervisors or engineer for any discrepancies detected.
To record down inspections results in the respective quality inspection report.
To communicate well among the team on the quality issues.
Able to decline lots or products that falls acceptance criteria.
To perform 1st piece buy off or tasks that assigned by QE.
Handle RMA unit from customer

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering with year of experiences.

Minimum of one (1) years working experience in the related field.

Familiar in handling measurement equipment such as CMM, Caliper, Profile Projector, Micrometer etc.

Knowledge in operating X-ray and soldering void is a plus.

Working place at Morrissey (Subsidiaries of JHM Consolidation Berhad) in Sungai Lalang, Sg Petani.
