Conveyancing Lawyer Conducting due diligence to ensure properties comply with legal requirements. Liaise with clients, property developers, bankers, property agents and various government bodies. Monitoring and updating file status. Resolving legal issues that may arise during the conveyancing process. Taking on additional tasks as assigned by the firm.
